"Convenient, but a bit pricey"
It was easy to use and the service was fine, but the grocery total ended up being higher than I expected. Not sure if it was the store, fees, or just the items I picked, but it felt a little expensive overall.
"So the packaging was bad"
so my groceries showed up kind of a mess. The bags were packed really poorly, and a bunch of stuff got smashed. Some of the cold items leaked, and a few boxes were crushed too. it was just really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again...

"Still waiting for a proper apology"
I reached out to customer service and it took them days to get back to me. When they finally did, the response wasn’t very helpful, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. at this point I’d at least expect an apology for the delay and the lack of support.

My order showed up hours after the delivery window, and the updates was basically no help at all. I ended up changing our dinner plans and kept checking my phone the whole time. For groceries, timing really matter, so yeah, it was frustrating.

"Ordering was a bit more of a hassle than I expected"
I was able to place my grocery order, but the whole process felt clunkier than it needed to be!! A few pages were slow to load, and I had to keep going back to change items, which got annoying fast. Checkout also wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped. I got it done in the end, but ordering groceries shouldn’t feel like that much work

"Substitutions were okay, but also kind of off"
Overall, my order was decent and I don’t really have major complaints. That said, a couple of the substitutions were weird and didn’t really feel close to what I actually picked. I guess they were trying to help, and some of it worked out fine, but I also wish they had paid a little more attention. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying

Not gonna lie, the communication was fine overall, but nothing really stood out. I got the updates I needed, just not as clearly or consistently as I would’ve liked.

"They got most of my special request..."
They got most of my special request right, which I appreciated at first. Then I noticed they missed one part, that kind of annoyed me. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but come on, it could’ve been better.

"Cold items were just alright"
Got my order and yeah… the cold stuff wasn’t really that cold. Some of it was kinda warm by the time it arrived. Not the worst, but not great either

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me and made me re-enter my info a couple times. I’m not sure if it was the site or maybe something on my end, but it got frustrating fast. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.

"Not a ton of options for what we needed"
I used Garden Grocer for a Disney trip, and it was okay, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the snacks and brands we usually buy weren’t available, and for some basics there was only about one option to choose from. It worked fine in a pinch, but I was expecting more variety. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they add more stuff

Most of my order was fine, but one item wasn’t what I asked for. Not a huge deal, but it does seem like someone didn’t double-check it before sending it out

"So many things missing from my order"
Pretty annoying. I placed the order because everything looked available on the site. Then delivery showed up. No milk. No snacks. Missing some produce too. Basic stuff I actually needed.
I know things run out sometimes. It happens. But don’t list it like it’s in stock if it’s not. Had to go to the store anyway, which was the whole thing I was trying to avoid. Probably won’t use it again

"Driver could’ve been more professional"
To be fair, the order itself was totally fine and nothing was missing or messed up. But the driver kind of put a damper on the whole experience. He seemed annoyed right from the start and barely said a word, just handed everything over like I was inconveniencing him.
I understand people have long shifts and not every day is going to be great, but a little basic politeness goes a long way. I’m not saying it was the worst experience ever, but it definitely makes me less likely to use them again unless I really need to.

"Fresh produce and one tired avocado"
We were feeling mentally drained after a long Disney day, so having the groceries delivered on time was such a relief. Most of the fruit and veggies were really fresh, especially the berries and lettuce. One avocado was a little too soft, but it wasn’t a huge deal. It saved us from making an extra grocery stop, and I’d definitely use them again on another Disney trip.

"Helpful for our trip, but the delivery fee stung a bit"
I used Garden Grocer on our trip because my sister had recommended it after using them for her family vacation, and overall it was smooth. The groceries showed up fine and we didn’t have any real issues with the order. The only thing that caught me off guard was the delivery fee, it felt a little high for what we got. I totally understand paying for the convenience, especially when you’re traveling, but with hotels, park tickets, and everything else, those extra costs add up fast. I’d probably use them again if we needed groceries delivered, but I do wish the fees were a bit more reasonable.

"Useful on vacation, but the late delivery really cost us"
This did save us some time while we were on vacation, which I appreciated, but the delivery showed up late and ended up throwing off our dinner plans. I kept thinking we would’ve been better off just handling it ourselves rather than losing that evening waiting around. Helpful overall, but definitely frustrating

"Refund and cancellation were really frustrating"
I canceled my order, but I’m still waiting for my refund days later. The whole process has been frustrating and way more of a hassle than it should be.
